Group Blog

At first, our group was originally 4 people: Oscar K, Sonali C, Rylie B, and myself, Karli N. Unfortunately, 2/4 are no longer in the group due to difficulty of organization, etc. Rylie and I thought it was best to just do the project ourselves, using mutual friends between us that can be the actors/ stars of the short film. Rylie and I met two years ago, freshman year, in Culinary. We had not seen each other since, until we reconnected at first sight in this very classroom. We know each others work ethic, and know that this is the best choice for Aice. We plan on working together to direct the best film possible. This will involve lots of planning and time spent deciding the best options for our film. Once we decide the best ways to make the short movie, we will take the time to film. We will spend a large amount of time focussing, writing, directing, and filming. This will involve a lot of teamwork between the two of us, but we both know we are capable of it together. Filming will not be the only ting we will be working together to complete. We will also have to edit together. This will also involve planning and preparation to complete. We both understand how to edit films after our media class last year. Thanks to online last year, with Rylie and I did most of our projects by ourselves due to the lack of sociability with online classes. This allows us to understand how to work alone and do our best to work with what we got. As well as, both of us got the same grade on the Aice Exam. Overall, this is the best choice from both point of views. We trust each others work and capabilities, so hopefully, it works out in our favor like we think it will. In the end we trust we will work well together and that we can rely on each other to obtain their parts of the project.
